Fees and Costs We do not normally charge a prospective purchaser for our services as the fee is customarily paid by the vendor. However, should you prefer to instruct Brian Lack & Co to act for you in purchasing a property on your behalf, you would then be liable for our fees at an agreed rate. We would also remind you that stamp duty is payable on the purchase of a property over a certain value and is calculated as a percentage of the full purchase price.
